 Dealing with cards in cyberboard

Caveat: This question is not strictly intended for a design I am doing for the CBDO, but another project.

In designing a game with a card deck in it, how does one go about keeping the player from rifling through a deck which may be openly sitting on the board? I know that one option is to keep all the cards in the "deck" in their own separate tray and setting the "select object at random from tray" function. However, for aesthetic purposes, it would be much nicer to have the deck simply sit on the board and the players draw from it.

Is it possible to set these conditions on a deck in play? I don't have any experience with doing CDG's in CB. Thanks!
