These are excerpts from an email from GMT concerning their policy toward CBDO. Fritz

We do have a standard one page agreement for any contestants doing our games to sign, acknowledging that their work is indeed not for profit. We would insist on having that document signed, but beyond that, there will be no restrictions. At the conclusion of the contest, we will have some of our knowledgeable folks judge the GMT entries, and we will offer to post on our website those deemed high quality enough to represent our games.

Ask CBDO for the above mentioned document or get it from GMT.

Fritz (and everyone else) the agreement is available as a download via the Publishers' Support page on CBDO.

Pretty d**n good of them actually since that's basically got to be about the best approach I've seen.

Does the signed agreement have to be mailed or can it be scanned or faxed?
